MIC4576BU TR Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 200kHz.
