MIC4576-3.3WU Overview
Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Fixed outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 200kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 3.3V. As a result of the 3A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 36V. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the MIC4576 family. A voltage of 3.3V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 5 pins. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 3.3V at least. Voltage regulator's maximal output current reaches 3A A to meet the operation requirements. Operating at the high-limit maximum operating temperature 85°C makes the voltage regulator stable. The voltage regulator 12v must operate at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C in order to remain reliable. The voltage regulator 12v supports a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V for its input. 36V input voltage is supported at its maximum by this voltage regulator 12v. When the frequency is 200kHz, DC DC switching regulator can maintain high accuracy.
