MIC4125YME Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted.There is a package in the form of Tube.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~20V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used.The configuration starts with 8 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number MIC4125.You mount it with Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.As a maximum, there is 3A limit to the output current.This device supports a current output of 3A at the output.
