MIC4101BM-TR Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.By using 9V~16V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET.-40°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number MIC4101.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 118V.
