MIC280-7YM6-TR Overview
The analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. To protect analog sensors from damage, they are put into SOT-23-6 packages. It is necessary to have 6 pins for this sensor to function properly. The analog sensors could supply 3.3V voltage when it operates. You can set the analog sensors to operate at 125°C. This sensor should not be operated at temperatures below -55°C.
