MIC280-4YM6-TR Overview
To ensure the safety of these analog sensors, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Analog sensors are protected from damage by SOT-23-6 packages. A sensor with 6 pins functions properly. If the analog sensors were operating, they could supply 3.3V. The maximum operating temperature for the analog sensors can be set to 125°C. For this sensor to work, the operating temperature should not be below -55°C.
