MIC22400YTSE Overview
A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. Space-saving 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. There is a switching frequency of 1MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.6V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.7V. As a result of the 4A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. In the particular voltage regulators, the MIC22400 family is represented. A voltage of 700mV volts can be produced by voltage regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 20 pins. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 700mV at least. A maximum output current of 4A A is provided to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. By using the 5.5V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily. As a result, it is able to provide adjusting voltage regulator a maximum output voltage of 5.5V. Stable operation of switching regulator is ensured by the high maximum operating temperature 125°C. For reliable operation, switching regulator operates at -40°C degrees Celsius. Input voltages as low as 2.6V can be used for DC DC switching regulator. Designed to sustain a maximum voltage of 5.5V for DC-DC switching regulators.
