MIC2224YML-TR Overview
There are a total of 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. To facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 10-MLF?. It's ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. There is a general voltage output of 0.3V~5.5Von this voltage controller. Easy adaptability thanks to Surface Mount universal mount. The electrical regulator is targeted at Converter, 2.5G, 3G CDMA RF Power Amplifiers and other applications. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~125°C to prevent malfunctions. It is designed to run the input voltage at 2.7V~5.5V. Temperature lower than -40°C is not suitable for the it. There is no benefit to raising the temperature above 125°C. As of now, the external regulator should be producing 600mAas its output. The input voltage of this rectifier regulator must be higher than 2.7V. A frequency of 2MHzcan be selected for the voltage controller. It operates over a wide frequency range 2MHz.
