MIC2145BML Overview
Using the Tray package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 10-MLF? package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 450kHz. Regulator 2.4V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.4V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.4V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 500mA. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 16V. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family MIC2145. By using the 16V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily.
