MCP9803-M/MS Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged inside the Tube. In order to protect the analog sensors from damage, they are packaged in 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages. It is necessary for proper operation of this sensor to have 8 pins. This electronic part has 8 terminations. The current supplied by the analog sensors could be 200μA when it operates. DC circuit should have a maximum voltage of 5.5V. However, the minimum DC voltage supplied by the magnetic switch can be 2.7V. It is recommended that the current output of the sensor is set to 1μA for optimal performance.
