MCP9801T-M/MS Overview
The analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. To protect analog sensors from damage, they are put into 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages. This sensor has 8 pins for proper operation. In this electronic part, there are 8 terminations. It is possible for the analog sensors to supply 400μA current when they are functioning. DC circuits require a maximum voltage of 5.5V. Nevertheless, this magnetic switch can supply a DC circuit with a voltage as low as 2.7V. When optimum performance is desired, the sensor output should be 200μA.
