MCP9801-M/MS Overview
In order to protect the sensors, they are packaged in a Tube. Analog sensors are protected from damage by 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages. A proper operation of this sensor requires 8 pins. It contains 8 terminations. If the analog sensors are operating, their current could be 200μA. For a DC circuit, the maximum voltage supplied by this sensor should be 5.5V. DC circuits with this magnetic switch can supply 2.7V as a minimum voltage. It is generally recommended that the current output of the sensor be 1μA for optimal performance. Generally, the sensor should output a voltage of 400mV.
