MCP9800A5T-M/OTG Overview
These analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. The analog sensors are put into SC-74A, SOT-753 packages to protect the devices from damage. As a result, the sensor has 5 pins for proper operation. This electronic part has 5 terminations. It is possible that the analog sensors are powered by a current of 400μA when they are in operation. In the DC circuit, this sensor should provide the maximum voltage of 5.5V. In the DC circuit, the minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch can be 2.7V. When optimum performance is desired, the sensor output should be 200μA.
