MCP9800A5T-M/OT Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these analog sensors. As a measure of protection, analog sensors are enclosed in SC-74A, SOT-753 packages. It is necessary to have 5 pins for this sensor to function properly. This electronic part contains 5 terminations. As a result, the analog sensors could supply a current 200μA. For a DC circuit, the maximum voltage supplied by this sensor should be 5.5V. The minimum DC voltage supplied by this magnetic switch is 2.7V. An analog sensor could provide a voltage of 4.5V when it operates. Optimal performance is achieved by setting the sensor's current output to 200μA.
