Op amp is packaged in DFN EP case. Linear amplifier includes 8 pins. Regarding input offset voltage, buffer amplifier rates 2μV voltage. The voltage gain should stay at 156dB. Instrumentation amplifier has 1 channels on it. It should not lower than -40°C to operate buffer amplifier. It is recommended that op amp be used at temperatures below 125°C. With regard tp supply voltage, op amp is used under 5.5V. To keep the buffer amps' supply voltage higher than 1.8V.
