MCP48CVB22-E/MF Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package and X package. The supply voltage is 3V volts. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~125°C when operating.
