MCP47CMB21-E/MG Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and X package. 3V volts power it. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~125°C when operating. Using the Tube layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. In total, it has a total of 16 terminations.
