MCP2150T-I/SO Overview
There is a copy of it in the 18-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. It is easy to carry thanks to its Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped packaging. A temperature of -40°C~125°C should be maintained for reliable operation. The 3V~5.5VV power source is all you need to use it. The terminations in it can be broken down into 18's. Providing a voltage of 3.3V leads to high efficiency. There are two MCP2150s in the number. In order for the device to function, 18 pins must be used. It is currently possible to obtain 7mA.
