MCP1642DT-18I/MC Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. There is a 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1MHz. Regulator 0.65V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 0.65V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 1.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 800mA output current. 5.5V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 1.2V for operation. The MCP1642 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 1.8V volts.
