For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 5 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package to save space.
