For greater flexibility, the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package is adopted.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.The configuration is supported by 1 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.-40°C~150°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Inverting is the input type used in this program.It's configured with 8 terminations.The interface chip of the system is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Its input is characterized by the value SCHMITT TRIGGER.During operation, the supply current may not exceed 0.58mA.
