LR8N3-G Description
LR8N3-G developed by Microchip Technology belongs to the family of high-voltage, low-output current, adjustable linear regulators. It provides an output current limit of 20 mA and a minimum temperature limit of +125℃. The output current and/or output voltage will decrease to prevent the case of exceeding the maximum temperature. A bypass capacitor of 1.0 uF or larger and a minimum DC output current of 500 uA are needed to maintain stability. All these characteristics allow this device to be ideally suitable for motor controls, battery chargers, power supplies, and more.
