EMC1187-1-AIA Overview
In order to protect the sensors, they are packaged in a Tube. To protect the analog sensors from damage, the devices are packaged in 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad packages. As a result, the sensor has 10 pins for proper operation. In this electronic part, there are 10 terminations. A sensor like this can be powered with 200μA current in theory.
