There is a 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package on the board that RF transceiver IC is used to save space. In order to mount the RF transceiver's mounting, Surface Mount is used.It emerges as a TxRx Only with transceiver RF's high efficiency.The transceiver RF' packaging Tray provides high reliability.This system operates at 2.4GHz frequency.
