ATA5811-PLHC Overview
To save board space, RF transceiver IC uses the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. For RF transceiver's mounting, it uses the Surface Mount method.There is no doubt that this is a very efficient and reliable TxRx Only.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).With 48 pins, the transceiver RF circuit board is designed.As a result, RF transceiver operates on the basis of frequency 433MHz 868MHz.
