Using the ARM7TDMI-S architecture, the Microchip Technology AT91SAM7X512B-CU is a 32-bit microcontroller unit (MCU). It has a high-performance, low-power processor core operating at up to 55 MHz, 512 KB of flash memory, 64 KB of SRAM, as well as a variety of peripheral devices and communication ports. The MCU is made for embedded applications that need a lot of connectivity choices, low power consumption, and high computational capability. In addition to ADCs, PWMs, and timers, it has a wide range of integrated peripherals, including UARTs, SPI, I2C, USB, CAN, and Ethernet interfaces.
