AT6005-4QI Overview
Fpga chips is supplied in the 132-BQFP Bumpered package. A total of 108 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. A fundamental building block contains 3136 logic elements or cells. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 4.5V~5.5V . There are many types of FPGAs in the AT6000(LV) series, this is one of them. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~85°C TC range. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving.
