AT27C400-90JC Overview
As far as memory types are concerned, Non-Volatile is considered to be its memory type. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tube case as well. 44-LCC (J-Lead) case encloses it. There is 4Mb 512K x 8 256K x 16 of memory on the chip. As with most mainstream devices, this one uses EPROM-format memory. Due to its wide operating temperature range, this device can be used in a wide variety of demanding applications. A voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is possible to be applied to the supply. The recommended mounting type for memory ics is Surface Mount. It is common to select similar parts by referring to the device's base part number, AT27C400.
