AT25256B-MAHL-E Overview
In terms of its memory type, it can be classified as Non-Volatile. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case available. Embedded in the 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad case, memory ics is a single file. The memory size of the chip is 256Kb 32K x 8 Mb. This device utilizes a EEPROM format memory which is of mainstream design. A wide operating temperature range makes this device ideal for a variety of demanding applications. A voltage of 1.8V~5.5V is possible to be applied to the supply. Its recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. On the chip, there are 8 terminations. As many as 1 functions are supported for comprehensive working. There is a requirement for 5V to be supplied to this ic memory chip in order to operate. It is important to note that the memory has a clock frequency rotation within the range of 20MHz. Despite all its benefits, this memory chip also offers ALSO OPERATES AT MIN 1.8 V AT 5 MHZ for improved system performance. It is helpful to carry data to the CPU using the SPI-type serial bus that this memory integrates with.
