There is a Non-Volatile memory type associated with this device. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tube case as well. An embedded 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) case surrounds memory ics. There is an 1Kb 128 x 8 memory capacity on the chip. There is a EEPROM-format memory used in this device, which is the memory format used by mainstream devices. The device's extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TC makes it ideal for many demanding applications. With 1.7V~3.6V as the supply voltage, it is capable of handling memory ics. A Through Hole mounting type is recommended for this product. 8 terminations are planted on the chip. As many as 1 functions are supported for comprehensive working. Memory devices such as this one are designed to be powered by 1.8V and should be used as such. In this memory, the clock frequency rotation is within an 1MHz range.
