SY89426JYTR Overview
A Clock PLL is included with the PLCC package. As the Clock PLL's input, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. It provides a maximum frequency of 622.08MHz. The clock PLL has 28 pins that are available. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. In terms of the supply voltage, PLL clock can handle 5V volts. The frequency synthesizer features 2 signal outputs to ensure as high a frequency as possible. A voltage exceeding 5.25V is not acceptable for supply to this frequency generator. This clock generator ic requires a voltage supply no lower than 4.75V.
