In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the SOIC package. As the Clock PLL's input, PECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. It provides a maximum frequency of 1.12GHz. The clock PLL has 20 pins that are available. A frequency generator with 0°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. A voltage exceeding 5.25V is not acceptable for supply to this frequency generator. This clock generator ic requires a voltage supply no lower than 3.135V. I would like to briefly introduce you to a 1-element frequency synthesizer that performs well with low jitter.
