SY89312VMITR Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). ECL is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. 4GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Clock generator is designed with 8 pins. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. The operating temperature should be lower than 85°C. Clock PLL is configured with 1 output. It is able to realize high efficiency when operating at a frequency of 4GHz.
