SY10EL38ZCTR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the SOIC package, this clock generator is embedded. In this clock generator, ECL is used as the input to the clock. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 1GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. There are 20 pins on the frequency generators that are available for use. There are 0°C operations that can be performed on this clock generator, which has impressive low-temperature performance. At 85°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. 4 signal outputs are provided for enhancing output frequency as much as possible. Using a frequency of 1GHz allows frequency synthesizer to achieve high efficiencies.
