SY10EL38LZCTR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The SOIC package contains this clock generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be ECL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 1GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 20 pins. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of 0°C operations. Despite its attenuated performance, this frequency synthesizer can last at 85°C. 4 signal outputs enable clock PLL to magnify output frequency as high as possible. At a frequency of 1GHz, frequency generator is capable of achieving high efficiency.
