SY10E122JCTR Overview
The LCC package is neat. In order to package this voltage buffer, the Tape & Reel (TR) external package is used. We use all 9 elements. This logical driver can be used in Surface Mount different applications. The pin count is 28. Each element uses 1 bits. Operating temperatures as low as -40°C are possible. No more than 85°C should be the ambient temperature when automotive buffer is operating.
