SY100EL34ZCTR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the SOIC package. As the Clock PLL's input, ECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. The clock PLL has 16 pins that are available. A frequency generator with 0°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. The frequency synthesizer features 3 signal outputs to ensure as high a frequency as possible.
