MIC5305-2.9BD5TR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) cases are used for delivery. The Liner regulator IC is packaged in SOT-23-5 case. As part of this electrical component, 1 regulators are implemented. There is a current output of 150mA from this regulator IC. There is a dropout voltage of 10 volts on this IC regulator. You should use the regulator IC when the temperature is below 125°C. It is not possible to operate the chip below -40°C operating temperature. The IC regulator can generally output 2.9V volts on a system basis.
