MIC5211-1.8BM6TR Overview
In a Tape & Reel (TR) case, the IC voltage regulator is delivered. A SOT-23-6 case contains the Liner IC. In this electrical part, there are 2 regulators that are implemented. The current output of this IC regulator is 50mA. There is a 10 volt dropout voltage on this transistor. When the temperature is below 125°C, you are advised to use the voltage regulator IC. The chip's operating temperature cannot be lowered below 0°C. A system basis, this IC regulator can output 1.8V volts.
