There is greater flexibility with the SOIC package.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 16 pins available.An output current as high as 3A can be achieved at maximum power.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 85°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.During operation, the supply voltage of 18V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 4.5V must be maintained.As a result, the current it emits is 3A.
