There is greater flexibility with the SOT-143 package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 1 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 4 pins available.An output current as high as 1.2A can be achieved at maximum power.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 1 outputs that have been integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 150°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.During operation, the supply voltage of 18V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 4.5V must be maintained.
