MIC2215PPMBMLTR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) cases are used for delivery. The Liner regulator IC is packaged in VQFN case. As part of this electrical component, 3 regulators are implemented. There is a current output of 250mA from this regulator IC. There are 3 outputs total on this voltage regulator IC in order to ensure that prompt and sufficient performance is achieved. There is a dropout voltage of 10 volts on this IC regulator. It operates in the 1μA Quiescent Current state. You should use the regulator IC when the temperature is below 125°C. It is not possible to operate the chip below -40°C operating temperature. The IC regulator can generally output 2.8V volts on a system basis.
