MIC2215-PPGBMLTR Overview
In a Tape & Reel (TR) case, the IC voltage regulator is delivered. A VQFN case contains the Liner IC. In this electrical part, there are 3 regulators that are implemented. The current output of this IC regulator is 250mA. There is a 10 volt dropout voltage on this transistor. When the temperature is below 125°C, you are advised to use the voltage regulator IC. The chip's operating temperature cannot be lowered below -40°C. A system basis, this IC regulator can output 1.8V volts.
