TO-236-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape and Reel external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have 0.5% tolerance.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.It can be used with 15mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 2.5V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 60μA.An ambient temperature of 85°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 2.5V is outputted.
