MLX90809LXG-EAD-003-RE Overview
This transducer is included in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) Exposed Pad package for your convenience. Transducers should have their temperature set to -40°C~150°C for reliable operation. When the supply voltage is 4.5V~5.5V, the transducers will operate well. Transducers can be operated at temperatures up to 150°C. Transducers cannot be operated below -40°C. The electronic component is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR).
