MLX90640ESF-BAB-000-SP Overview
To ensure safety, image sensors are encapsulated in TO-39-4 Metal Can packages. A voltage of 2.9V~3.6V should be supplied by the image sensors. The image sensors will be packaged inside the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them.
