MLX90615SSG-DAA-000-SP Overview
A safety precaution is taken by packaging these analog sensors in the Bulk. To protect the devices from damage, the analog sensors are packaged in TO-46-4 Metal Can packages. Defining 85°C as the maximum operating temperature for analog sensors is possible. In order for the sensor to function correctly, the operating temperature cannot fall below -20°C.
