XRP6142ELTR0-5-F Overview
The voltage regulator supports a total of 1 outputs. The rectifier regulator is conveniently packaged in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad. We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. An output voltage of 0.5V~5V is provided by this power supply regulator. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. The shunt regulator is intended for use at Controller, DDR as well as other applications. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~125°C TJ to prevent malfunctions. The external regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 1V~5.5V.
