XRP6142EL1-0-F Overview
Generally, it supports 1 outputs at a time. To facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad. It's ready to ship in Bulk packages. In general, this voltage controller outputs a voltage of 0.5V~5V. Its mounting type is Surface Mount. This shunt regulator targets at Controller, DDR and other applications. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~125°C to prevent malfunctions. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 1V~5.5V.
