XRP6142EL0-5-F Overview
There are 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad in order to facilitate transportation. The power regulator is currently available in Bulk packages. Volatge output for this voltage controller is 0.5V~5V. Easy adaptability thanks to Surface Mount universal mount. The shunt regulator is intended for use at Controller, DDR as well as other applications. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunctions. The input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 1V~5.5V.
